From The Top Hair Trends 2012 Ski Fall

While Fashion Week is about fantasy and illusion, the most compelling trends highlighted by the fall shows structure wearable, natural ease and accessibility for women. From sleek ponytails in filaments without frills left free around her shoulders, hair offered a lot of inspiration - and achievable - the ideas that float from runway to real world surprisingly well.  Precise Ponys
The ponytail always plays a role in the fashion week and this season it was concise, perfectly pulled-back looks. Hair was prepared with the designation sera to prevent frizz and add shine, then flat-ironed into elegant curtains. To protect the base, the designers using everything from shiny black tape to Jason Wu for simple elastic well hidden with some loose threads of BCBG and Ralph Lauren.

Low-Volume Hair
Street-inspired hair, its consistency with the imperfect-and low-key appeal has continued his run behind the scenes. Hairstylists emphasized tousled look down instead of the usual full-bodied styles, and even went so far as to pin sub-sections of hair flat against her head to emphasize a slimmer silhouette. Fine hair (finally) has her heyday.

With a Twist
Is woven around the crown, rolled back or tied in a half updo, her hair was manipulated in fresh, new directions this season. While some looks require a set of hands, others put a simple spin on the classics and achievable.

Bouffants
Designers pulled out of teasing combs and cans of hairspray to sculpt this retro-fab updo. To enhance power, rolled up and tucked under the hair for extra dimension, and the younger examples were framed by a simple band or sparkling tape.

Exceptional Extras
Hair accessories Declaration up to multiple exposures, often sharing (or steal) the spotlight from their accompanying updos. From hairpins to cosmic ceremonial headdress flower, adding a little 'beautification is a very good thing this fall.
